What to expect

A simple first step

  1. 01

    Tell me what’s happening

Our first session gives us time to understand your situation and what feels most important.

  2. 02

    Set a direction together

We’ll identify goals and agree on an approach and likely number of sessions.

  3. 03

    Build practical change

We’ll work at your pace, noticing progress and adjusting as your needs evolve.

Meet Theresa

Professional expertise, with warmth at its centre.

My career has taken me through community and mental health services, alcohol and drug services, university counselling, Rape Crisis, Victim Support, Family Court and EAP work.

Originally from Ruawai in Northland, I moved to Auckland in 2006 and have practised in Ōrewa since 2019. Family, the sea and mindfulness are central in my own life. I walk the beach each day and enjoy boating, fishing and swimming.
